Eligibility for Returns
To keep returns smooth and fair for everyone:
Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn/unused, with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
1. Send an email to support@wisemed-us.com with your order number and, optionally, a short reason for the return - your feedback helps us do better.
2. We'll review your request and, once approved, send you the correct return address along with clear step-by-step instructions.
You'll be issued an RMA/return referencenumber to include with your parcel, ensuring your return is processed quickly and smoothly.
Return Shipping
• Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is the result of our mistake (e.g. a wrong, defective, or damaged item).
• Prepaid label option: If you'd prefer, we can arrange a prepaid return label and simply deduct the label cost from your refund once the item is received and approved.
• Our error: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll take care of the return shipping. Just reach out to us within 14 days of delivery.
• Customs & delays: Delays caused by carriers or customs are beyond our control and don't qualify as grounds for a return. That said, we're always happy to help track down your order and work toward a resolution.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email support@wisemed-us.com right away. We’ll arrange a quick replacement or refund after verification (photos may be requested to speed things up).
Exchanges
Want a different color or variant?
The fastest route is to return for a refund and place a new order.
If you prefer a traditional exchange, contact support@wisemed-us.com. Once approved and received, we’ll issue store credit so you can reorder the exact item you want.
Refunds – How & When
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, though your bank or card issuer may need a little extra time to reflect the amount.
If 15 business days have passed since your approval and the refund still hasn't appeared, we recommend checking with your bank or issuer first. Then feel free to reach out to us at support@wisemed-us.comif you need further assistance.
Return Denial
We reserve the right to refuse returns that:
Arrive without authorization,
Are outside the 90-day window, or
Don’t meet the eligibility criteria above.
Returns sent to any address other than the one we provide will not be accepted.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
We process orders quickly, and many are shipped within just a few hours of purchase. If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us at support@wisemed-us.com as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. To avoid delays or delivery issues, please carefully review your shipping and order details before completing checkout.
