For customers in the United States, applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout on top of the listed product price.
For international orders, import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable in your country) are not included in the product price and remain the customer’s responsibility.
These charges are set by your local customs authority and are beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Change of Address
Need to update your shipping address?

We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch, but once the parcel has shipped, address changes can’t be guaranteed.
Order Cancellations & Modifications

After this timeframe, your order may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be modified or canceled.
Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us immediately at support@wisemed-us.com with your order number.
We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier and work toward a suitable resolution, including a replacement or refund when applicable. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation process to be completed.We’ll review the issue with the carrier and help resolve it promptly.
